- Health Plan Transition Support: We provided tactical and operational support for the transition of operations from an external behavioral health vendor and planned for the integration of the entire specialty behavioral health benefit. This collaborative work was realized through a partnership with an independent consulting firm.
- Strategic Planning: Through a collaborative process, we developed comprehensive tactical plans for both providers and Medicaid Health Plans. Our strategic blueprint aimed to achieve specific goals and exert maximum influence within the industry.
- Positioning For Growth: Offering continuous strategic guidance, we actively contributed to the development of operational infrastructure for a prominent behavioral health network. This approach fostered growth, enhanced influence, and increased overall value for members through an independent network management group.
- Interest Group Formation: In collaboration with the founding CEO and members, we conceptualized and initiated an operating model for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) provider group.
- Priority Advocacy Strategy: We implemented a targeted advocacy strategy for a family advocacy group and our involvement spanned executive advisement, external connections, and external policy representation, effectively championing their priorities.
- Founder’s Collaboration and Positioning: Through close collaboration with company founders, we meticulously developed and rigorously tested dynamic "go-to-market strategies" for both public and private enterprises. Our approach involved aligning the business objectives with key industry priorities, ensuring not only swift but also early successes in the competitive marketplace.
- Improving Market Perception: Our efforts focused on improving market perception by developing a scalable "local relationship" model for a private equity-backed provider.
- BH Regulatory and Policy Trainings: We developed and delivered regulatory training in behavioral health, enhancing opportunity identification for multiple trade organizations.
- Statewide Public Health Integration: We assisted in the integration of health plans into a statewide public health improvement plan and collaborative, contributing to a more cohesive and effective approach to prevention.
