Our team
In addition to our founder, our experienced team
includes professionals with deep experience in
managed care, operations, finance, and public
behavioral health, including: a psychiatrist with over
30 years of clinical operations expertise; a lawyer
and an MCO operational executive with more
than 20 years of regulatory and leadership tenure;
a seasoned communications and marketing expert
with more than a decade of market acquisition and
development experience; and additional staff with
program delivery and lived experiences.

AboUT our founder & ceo
Jonas Thom (he/him/his), CEO
Jonas Thom, a seasoned leader with over three decades
of expertise in strategic behavioral health operations,
specializes in Medicaid-centric systems. With degrees
from the University of Mount Saint Joseph and the
University of Cincinnati, Jonas holds Professional
Clinical Counselor licenses in Ohio and Kentucky.
Throughout his career, he has driven results,
nurtured team growth, and introduced innovative
approaches to enhance member well-being and
business expansion. Notable achievements include
founding a successful consulting firm, managing
billion-dollar health plans, and championing award-winning
population health initiatives. Jonas has
left a transformative mark on Ohio's community
behavioral health services through program creation
and policy reforms, optimizing service delivery and
fostering holistic care approaches.
